Fern Flower

The story was inspired by Slavic folklore and mythology. With this project, my goal was to capture the dark, eerie, yet beautifully magical atmosphere of Eastern European folk tales that I grew up listening to. Below are concepts depicting Vasilisa's journey into the dark forest to confront her fears and find the light within.
